We will process your order on the working days indicated in the table based on the country of destination, from receipt of payment, within the limits of stock availability. In the event that one or more items are not immediately available, we will notify you directly and agree with you on the possibility of a partial shipment.

Once payment has been received, we will entrust the goods to the Express Courier. When the goods are collected by the courier, a tracking is issued, which is forwarded to the customer by the courier. Any delays attributable to the Courier during transport are not our responsibility and cannot constitute grounds for withdrawal or give the right to compensation.

Your goods will be delivered during office hours, to the address you indicated on the order form: as it is not possible to agree a precise delivery time with the Express Courier, we advise you to use an address where someone is always present for the withdraw. Remember to indicate exactly both the house number and the zip code of your area and the name you have given us must coincide with the one on the intercom. When you collect the goods, always check that the number of packages shown on the transport document coincides with those ordered and that the packages delivered to you are intact!

Behavior to be followed during the collection of the goods
Our packages always have our logo, both on the tape and on the cardboard and in no case is the courier’s adhesive tape or other sealing materials used. Before signing the transport document:

  • Check the number of packages you are receiving: it must be the same as that marked on the transport document (or courier’s delivery note);
  • Check the labels affixed to the packages: they must bear your name and address;
  • Check the external condition of the packages: they must not present any damage or have been tampered with (e.g. closed with non-original tape but from the conveyor, damaged packaging).

In the event that, after the checks carried out, you find an anomaly, sign the transport document (courier delivery note or note) adding RESERVE and specifying the type of anomaly found (e.g. reserve for 2 missing parcels – reserve for parcel with cardboard with holes).

Attention: making reservations is a right enshrined in the civil code (art. n° 1698). So pay attention to these little rules. As indeed, within the limits of possibilities, do not have the goods collected by neighbors, strangers or in any case minors.
