Chianti Colli Fiorentini “Trattoria Parione” D.O.C.G. is a versatile, young red wine with a ruby red colour and a bouquet characterised by inviting aromas of ripe cherries, blueberries and sweet spices.

the grapes were macerated in stainless steel tanks for about 11 days, with periodic mountings for a better colour and soft tannin extraction during which the wine completed its alcoholic fermentation.
