The real deal, six years running We travel to Florence every year, and if we're honest, this restaurant is a huge part of why. Parione has been consistently brilliant for over six years, and in a city full of restaurants riding the wave of travel-influencer hype, this place is the genuine article. What sets Parione apart is the service — extraordinary, warm, and completely unlike the transactional experience you get in so many places these days. You're not just another table here. Alessandro, in particular, deserves real recognition — his warmth and genuine care make every visit feel like coming home rather than dining out. Then there's the food. The truffle parmesan cream gnocchi is nothing short of exceptional: rich, silky, and perfectly balanced. And the bistecca alla Fiorentina is, without question, the best in Florence. We've tried plenty over the years, and nothing else comes close. The wine list is stunning too.  Thoughtfully curated, with options that do justice to the food.
